Terms of service.

These terms apply to locksmith services booked with Ironside Lock & Key in the Phoenix, Arizona area, by phone, online or in person.
Quotes and prices
Prices on this website are starting prices in US dollars and exclude sales tax
You receive a starting price on the phone and a confirmed total on site before work begins
If the total changes and you decline, you pay only the service call, or nothing for lockouts
A flat $40 after-hours fee applies between 10 PM and 6 AM
Proof of ownership
We only open homes, vehicles and safes for people who can show they have the right to access them. We may refuse or stop a job if ownership can’t be confirmed.
Parts and hardware
Hardware we supply carries the manufacturer’s warranty. Our labor is guaranteed for 12 months. Customer-supplied hardware is installed without a parts warranty.
Damage
We use damage-free methods whenever possible. If drilling or destructive entry is needed, we explain why and quote it before we start.
Payment
Payment is due when the job is complete, by card, mobile wallet or cash. Business accounts may be invoiced with 15-day terms.
Rescheduling
Scheduled visits can be moved free of charge up to 4 hours before the appointment window.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
