This policy explains what Ironside Lock & Key collects when you visit our website, call us, book a visit or have us work at your home, vehicle or business, and what we do with it.
What we collect
Booking details you send us: name, phone, email, address or location, service and notes
Call details such as your number and the time of the call
Identification we check before opening a home, vehicle or safe, we look at it, we don’t copy it
Basic, anonymous website analytics such as pages viewed and device type
How we use it
To call you back, quote the job and send a technician
To confirm you have the right to access a property, vehicle or safe
To send your itemized invoice and answer warranty questions
To improve our service and website
We never sell your information. We share it only with services that help us run dispatch, payments and email, and only as much as they need.
Keys, codes and key systems
Key codes, master key charts and access control records for businesses are stored securely and shared only with the account holder or people they authorize in writing.
How long we keep it
Job records are kept for three years for tax and warranty purposes, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your details sooner, unless the law requires us to keep them.
Your choices
Email us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. We reply within 30 days.
