Common questions
Will it work with my existing door?
Most smart deadbolts fit a standard door. Thick doors, glass doors and some storm doors need a different model, send us a photo.
What happens when the battery dies?
Most locks warn you weeks in advance and keep a key override. We recommend models with both.
Do you set up the app?
Yes. We pair the lock to your Wi-Fi or hub and make sure you can lock and unlock from your phone before we leave.
